Using DMP generated novel mouse AD models, the overarching goals of the NIVC goal are threefold: 1) use clinically relevant and
innovative multimodal MRI techniques to describe structural and functional signatures, 2) identify functional and structural vascular perturbations (using our novel vessel painting) in the brains of these new AD mouse models, and 3) investigate and construct direct and inferential relationships between NIVC mouse MRI data and existing human neuroimaging datasets.
